Research For Some Aspects In Network Planning Optimization

In this paper, we study the relation between the time difference and the precedence activities, the successor activities and the later activities, because of two reasons. Those are the significance of the time difference in network planning optimization and the dangerous of delaying the project when the time difference used up. In this paper, we present a sufficient and necessary condition of the impact, which is the time difference on precedence activities, the successor activities and the later activities. At the same time, we present procedures to check the impact of the time difference on the precedence activities and the successor activities. Finally, a new simply measure method of the impact is presented in this paper.
