A Study On The Simulation Of Water Environmental Pollution Based On GIS

The prevention and harness of water environmental pollution needs to be supported by mathematical models of water quality. It is a common feature that the models have the ability to forecast the changement of water environment. So the models are becoming a important and powerful tool to resolve the complicated problems of water environmental pollution.The water environmental information has obvious spatial features and hierarchy attributions. With the helps of GIS,we can disclose the situation of water environment in specific region more explicitly, display the spatial tendency of water quality changement and present the spatial distribution of environmental factors, such as pollution source, drain , monitoring cross-section, etc.This paper studies the simulation of pollution of water quality of river,lake or reservoil and ground-water systemly,proposes a fundamental method of visualization of mathematical model of water-quality based on GIS, provides a technical support and protection for synthetical harness and management of environmetal water.
