The Study Of Fuzzy Multicriteria Group Decision Making Methode

In multi-criteria decision-making, because of increasing of the most front, multi-disciplinary, stochastic factors and fuzzition , lacking of the experience, material and the incompletion of the information, in order to raise the level of decision and the efficiency, avoid causing the wrong decision-making result of the single decision maker's fault and bringing on bad consequence, the group decision-making community which is composed of each specialty, various disciplines, various domains experts, the scholar and the decision-maker carry on the decision-making.Fuzzy group decision-making problem is to aggregate individual preferences or a set of ordinal rankings into a group preference or consensus ranking, and to rank the alternatives according to the group preference or ranking value under fuzzy environment.In this paper, the expert weight determining, the attribute weight determining and the multi-attribute group decision-making method have been researched separately. This paper studies main content and obtains achievement as follows:(1) Several kinds of similar functions are defined. Based on similar functions which are defined, weight determining methods of expert, weight determining methods of criteria and methods of aggregate group information are separately proposed.(2) The problem of hybrid group decision-making is studied, the FC-OWA and FC-OWG operators based on C-OWA and C-OWG operators are proposed and one kind of group decision making method under difference evaluate means (simultaneously contains interval compleme- ntary, interval reciprocal, fuzzy triangular number complementary, fuzzy triangular number reciprocal judgment matrix, triangular fuzzy number decision-making matrix, interval number decision-making matrix and language decision-making matrix)is studied.(3) The problem of incomplete judgment matrix in the group decision-making is studied, and some methods to processing incomplete judgment are proposed.
