In this paper, we deal with the problem:Where , with the boundary , v is the unit outward normal on . The index p satisfies: are constants.The organization of this paper is as the following :In section 1, we introduce the form of semilinear singular elliptic equation with Robin boundary condition in half space and some known results.In section 2, we give an explicit formula for exponential decay properties of ground states for the elliptic equations in the whole space R~N.In section 3, we verify the condition (3.8) hold naturally by using the ground state solution in whole space corresponding to (1.4) and prove the existence of the positive solutions of the problem.
