This paper discusses the problems of generating system structural modeling. The structure of the system is that the structure of the system model, Namely the structural modeliong is to present the relation between the factors of the system. In the study of complex systems, and especially in the study of factors, including human activities and ecosystems soft system which the relationship between factors are both the abstract and complex, it is difficult to distinguish between these relations that are the direct or indirect. Then, in the structural analysis of such a system, how to use these direct and indirect relations to build a reachable matrix that will show the system structure modeling? This paper presents a new model for generating structural modeling. This approach from the initial reachable matrix start, use the transitivity of reachability, eliminate part unknown relations; reuse the reachless and further eliminate some unknown relations. Last end up in the use of the initial reachable matrix of the information provided, using information weighted law expert approach to eliminate the remaining unknown relations, Thus it gets the system structure modeling. This method is very useful of structural modeling.Meantime, the paper further studys subsystems join. When the large-scale system is identified by two subsystems, and the reachable matrixes of the two subsystems are known, How to take full advantage of the information of these two reachable matrixes provided to establish the structural modeling? For this issue, subsystems join, this thesis does the corresponding explore and research, made the structural modeling methods, given the proof in theory, made the corresponding algorithm, and testified the validity of the algorithm by the example.
