Whirling water jetting is a kind of compound jetting of free jetting and whirling jetting, its flowing constitution is complex, mostly it is turbulent flowing. It is very different to the ordinary jetting for the whirling jetting has a tangential speed(whitrling speed), so the jetting water from the whirling jetting nozzle has a high tangential velocity. While the liquid jet out from the whirling jetting nozzle , its expanding velocity is more quick than the jetting without whirling, its convolution ability, intermixing action, and its axial speed are all bigger than water jetting without whirlingCalculation flow dynamics(CFD) is a method by computer to describe the movement and diathermanous of liquid flow, and to simulate the process of liquid flow.This article introduce the essential theory briefly of whirling cone jetting, and the practice work of the data collection of experiment. And by this to introduce the chief function systemically of the software Fluent, and by this to simulate the process of whirling cone jetting. Ultimately to explain reasonably the influence by the whirl body to the capability of whirling cone jetting.
