ShaYa uplift has bright foreground of exploration. Up to now, there are thirteenlayers, such as Ordovician, Silurian, Devonian etc, in which the break through foroil-gas has been found. It's certain that the ShaYa uplift has favored condition for thedevelopment of large-middle oil-gas field.At the base of analyzing the tectonic character of work area, such as faults,unconformity and traps etc, The text made deep research on the tectonic character andfound the the evolution rule of work area. Then, by combining the condition and processof oil-gas' gathering, the text conclude the oil-gas' gathering pattern of work area andreach following cognition:First:Shaya uplift has mainly undergone five tectonic movements. Duringmetaphase of Caledonian to Hercynian, the work area has been uplifted by regionalextrusion stress. The south part has been under denudation, and has karstificationdeveloped, the north part during the time has hiatus the Paleozoic. During Indosinianand metaphase of Himalayan, The south part of work area has finish the tectonicmovement and begin to receive the sediment. Meanwhile the north part still undertectonic movement, but the amplitude has obviously decreased. At late stage ofHimalayan, the tectonic feature has been stable and the entire layers of work area rolledback.Second:There are many faults developed in work area, which mainly concerned inproximate grade uplift. The cross pitch of faults are main NEE—EW,NW. Thedevelopment of faults does not only furnish the fine passage for oil-gas, but alsocontrolled the development of traps of work area.Third:Because of several tectonic movement, there were many unconformitydeveloped in work area, such as T50,T60. Through combining with faults and leadinglayer These unconformity and faults, they formed the available leading system andcontrolled the formation of many stratigraphic trap.Fourth:Under the process of regional extrusion, faults and the plastic of salt layer,there has developed three types of traps: tectonic traps, lithotype traps, mixed modetraps. The traps lays in belts and overlay each other vertically.Fifth:There are two type of oil-gas system in work area. The sea facies oil-gas system developed mainly in south part of work area, and the gathering,preservation,destruction and reformation of petroleum are polyphase. The continental facies oil-gassystem has short gathering time which begun mainly in metaphase of Himalayan.Sixth:The south part of Akekule area is the favored belt. The Ordovician under andtrias is the goal layer for searching for new sea facies hydrocarbon reservoir. TheLunTai area is the available belt to search for continental facies hydrocarbon reservoir.The goal layer is mainly Miocene Series and Cretaceous.
