Carbonaceous-siliceous-pelite uranium deposit is one of the four basic types ofuranium deposits and takes the important position of the uranium resources inChina. The Carbonaceous-siliceous-pelite uranium deposits of Ruoergai located insouth sub zone of west Qingling was one of the ten most important bases ofUranium resources exploration in China. Although it has been exploited for nearlyhalf a century since P. R.C founded, a series of problems still remain such as thedepth of exploration, expansions of amounts and origin of deposit.It is necessary to study the origin of metallogenic materials and reveal the genesis of deposits to guide the resource utilization program in 2005-2020.Under the background, Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau, Sichuan Province, has approved the project named "Research on metallogenic model of Ruoergai Carbonaceous-siliceous-pelite uranium deposits".This thesis focused on the origin of metallogenic materials, by applying themoderu theories and advanced approaches based on a large amount of data. Thecontent is showed as follows: the structure units of the study region and itsevolution history, the deposit geology and environment, analysis and comment onthe metallogenic sources using various approaches including metallogenic model.The origin of metallogenic materials was from the deep, and the genesis of depositis the results of deep fluids mineralization at the surface of crust caused by theactivated magrnatic hydrothermal raised.Faults in the study area providedchannels for ore-forming materials'moving,specific stratum layers became ideal ore-bearing rrounding rock. There are intimaterelationships between the origin of metallogenic materials of the Uranium depositsand deepermagma. The raising of deepermagma provided not only the thermalsource, most important of all; it provided origin of metallogenic materials of theUranium deposits.
