Holographic data storage has been considered a promising technology for digital data storage because of its many attractive features.such as fast transfer rates because the data are stored and recovered in parallel,high density storage because of the inherently three dimensional aspect of holography , high construction speed. Acrylamide-based photopolymers initiated by photoinitiatior triethanolamine have been widely studied due to their good properties as holographic recording materials, such as high diffraction efficiency,high energetic sensitivity,high signal-to-noise and dry processing,the good quality,low cost and easy preparation. So the interest in dry photopolymer films as holographic recording materials have increased dramatically, A new photoinitiator N-phenylglycine is added in the photopolymer films to improve the quality of photopolymer material overcomes the shortcoming. In this work, we have mainly studied the contents as follows:1. The acrylamide-based photopolymers have different photoinitiator component was fabricated .One kind of photopolymer film sample has only N-phenylglycine, One kind of photopolymer film contain only triethanolamine,The third photopolymer film has two photoinitiators N-phenylglycine and triethanolamine. The holographic characteristic parameters of the three kinds of the photopolymer material are studied and contrasted.2. The optimal concentrations of the photoinitiators components in the photopolymer are studied; the exposure characteristic of the photopolymer and the interior uniformity of the material are also studied.3. The influence of the other components to the photopolymer material is studied; The holographic characteristic parameters of the photopolymers have different monomers,different sensitizing dyes are studied.4. The holographic characteristic parameters of the photopolymers are studied in different exposure energy,different thickness and different wavelength. The influence of the resolvtion efficiency, the beam-ratio and the Bragg-mismatch to the diffraction efficiency of the photopolymer is also studied. The holographic storage in the dry photopolymer film is carried out, and the high fidelity holograms are reconstructed.
