The theory of high-Tc superconductivity had a visible developmentsince the discovery of the stripe phase. Recent years strong evidenceswere found for stripe phase in superconductors by neutron scatteringmeasurements, in the abstract, both Hubbard model and t-J model cancalculate some results about the stripe phase. However, there still haveseveral basic questions that have to be discussed, such as, the relationshipbetween the stripe phase and the superconductivity, whether the stripephase have something to do with the mechanism of superconductivity inthe high-Tc cuprates, etc.At some given temperature, the competition between the strongcorrelation and the paring coupling of holes in doped cuprates lead thecoexisting phase of superconducting and stripe order. Using the computersoftware, this paper found spin and charge stripe, coexisting with ad-wave superconducting phase on a spin ladder with open boundaries bysolving a self-consistently 2D lattice model. It also can be forecasted thatthe normal state pseudogap in underdoped regime maybe come from theparing correlation, and it is impossible that there can obtain stripe phasewithout the anisotropic lattice. Therefore, it is a question needed to bestudied and discussed whether it is possible that there have stripe phase insquare lattice without the anisotropy.
