In the information times, the study of photoelectron will be the technology mainstream in the development of information material. The photoelectricity material with superiority dealing with information capacity and quick respond will be the mainbody in the development of information material.This article is about photorefractive polymer involving inorganic and organic material. On account of the limitation of inorganic material in preparation, we study the photorefractive effect of organic material. In this article, the polymer we made is PMMA polymer intermingling azo compound.The letter was divided into two parts: one part was the theory of calculation, another was experiment test.In the first part, we discussed the physics mechanism and condition producing photorefractive effect, photorefractive effect parameter, and the theory.In the second part, we discussed preparation of sample. It included the select of preparation method and particular preparation process. We used Raman scattering spectrum to token the polymer element. Photorefractive polymer mixing azo compound was the best photorefractive polymer material.The article studied photorefractive polymer linking tightly theory and experiment, contrasted inorganic and organic material, analyzed theory model producing photorefractive effect. At last, we affirmed photorefractive polymer mixing azo compound was the best photorefractive polymer material.
