Study On The Knowledge-and-Rule Based Cadastre Data Quality Inspection System

This thesis is a theoretical and practical summary based on design, development and implementary of several urban and rural integrative cadastral items we've participated in. With the formation and development of the concept of "managing the ground by chart" and "urban and rural integrative cadastration", along with the startup of national second land-use renewal investigation, it is urgently needed for us to research and develop cadastre management software which is suitable for a new round of land-use renewal investigation data. As an important subsystem of cadastre management software, the cadastral data inspection part can complete the management and inspection work of cadastre data, thus keep the cadastre data current and accurate. Therefore, in view of the new cadastre data organization and management pattern, there must be new cadastre data overseeing way to adapt to it.This thesis firstly introduced the background of the urban and rural integrative cadastral construction as well as the condition of cadastre data overseeing work. Secondly, carried on detailed description and analysis aiming at the cadastral objects and the spatial relationship among those objects, laying a solid foundation for the design of cadastre data inspection based on the knowledge rule. Then, present cadastre data inspection service and the system design method based on the knowledge rule. Finally, through the introduction of cadastre data overseeing subsystem of urban and rural integrative cadastral management application system in Jiangsu Province, provide the application example of certain technical method that discussed in this thesis.The main research contents of the thesis are summed up as follows:1. Summarize traditional data inspection manner, and take the data knowledge rule as the foundation to carry on theoretical discussion in the application of designing cadastre data inspection.2. Analyze the spatial relationship among the cadastral objects as well as attribute rules of the cadastre essential factor, offering the commercial foundation for the design of cadastre data inspection based on the knowledge rule.3. Make the design aiming at organization and storage mode of the knowledge rule, providing the support for applying knowledge rule to the realization of the subsystem service function.4. Succeeding in designing the method to be employed in cadastre data inspection based on the knowledge rule, and have obtained the realization in actual system.
