With the development of northwest region in our country, Groundwater resource plays an important role in protecting people's living, supporting the development of socio-economic and maintaining balance of nature. Xinhure water-source field of Wulate county in Inner Mongolia is the main water-source for people living, production and for mining. So the reasonable water resource evaluation and the effective development model proposal are particularly important.The thesis systematically analyses the structure of aquifer and the character of supply, runoff and drainage of groundwater in research region. The main characters of research region are that the thinness of aquifer, the feebleness of adjustment, the strong ability of permeability, the fast speed of runoff and the main supply source is flood infiltration. On those basises, the hydrogeology conceptual model and mathematical model of research region are established. For taking advantage of Processing Modflow Pro Groundwater Numerical Simulation software to do numerical analysis, forecasting and evaluation of water exploration in different explore proposal, drawdown and downstream boundary output flow, and combine with the analysis of constitution of exploration of groundwater, the changes of equilibrium quantity of groundwater under explore state and the infection of environment of groundwater exploration. Finally, the best development mode of water source field groundwater is proposed.Recognition of aquifer with both unite pump experiment data and long-time observation hole data in numerical model parametric recognition process gets a good effect. The research to confirm an important supply quantity, flood infiltration quantity, has an calculation and simulation making use of flood observation data and long-time observation hole groundwater increasing data to get relatively correct flood infiltration quantity of channel. These researches are very important to both checking and simulation which offer a reference to research of numerical model.The proper evaluation method and development mode which are conclused by the research of groundwater development of Xinhure water source field, provides not only scientific evidence for research region, but also a consultant mode for the analogical water source field.
