In recent years, it has been paid more attention to protect the biology diversity and develop the basin society continuously. The new task that repairing the destroyed ecosystem was proposed .Some water basin of our country also successively proposed the goal of ecological rehabilitation. For this reason, many topics on eco-hydraulics research were appeared.The fish took an important composition of water ecosystem, about which many research results had been obtained. The turbulence has an important influence on fish survival, many scholars have conducted the research about it.This main research objective was using the Oscillating-grid turbulence generator to generate turbulence in the laboratory, and analyzed the different influence on crucian with different turbulence intensity. Main research content of this article has been presented:1. Oscillating-grid turbulence generator was established in the laboratory. ADV and PIV were employed to measure gird-turbulence flow in the horizontal flume respectively. Through many experiments, the characteristic of Oscillating-grid turbulence in the horizontal flume had been analyzed.2. The results obtained by ADV and PIV was compared, and carried on the contrast with previous research results. The effect of measuring the characteristic of Oscillating-grid turbulence in the horizontal flume with ADV and PIV measurement technologies had evaluated.3. The research about the influence on fish with flow turbulent and shear stress had summarized. The mechanism of fish injured had been analyzed.4. Through changing grid movement parameter of Oscillating-grid turbulence generator controlled turbulence intensity. The different influence on crucian with different turbulent had been studied. The turbulence intensity range of the crucian maintaining normally swimming posture had been studied. The crucian's injured rate and mortality rate with different turbulence intensity had also been studied.
