Simultaneously the paper establishes the corresponding three-dimensional coordinates, and marks the three dimensional coordinate to the brain atlas, and indicates the important nuclear group of the Gekko gecko on the brain atlas. Finally, this paper carries on the three dimensional digitized reconstruction to the Gekko gecko brain, and show the effect to us, by using the digitized data of a set of continual transverse cutting slice . At the same time, in view of the actual need, we proposes a new three dimensional reconstruction method.
