In recent years, the neuroscience has became one of most rapid front field of life sciences in the present age .The nervous system is most complex structure and the function system in the body of the human and the animals, and the brain is the advanced centrum of the nerval system. The brain science is also listed as most receive focuses attention on research area in the 21st century .The atlas of the brain is the necessary tools to research the structure and the function of the brain, which could provide accurately t he dissection structure information and the function information of the brain. This topic-based group attempts to study how to control the movement of the Gekko gecko from the gecko cerebral cortex by manual work. Thus wo can order the biological robot replaces the human to complete what the human can not be able special duty or can not dare with .Under this background, this paper take the Gekko gecko`s brain organization as the object of study, and first studies the Gekko gecko`s brain structure, and introduces the main nuclear group and the organizational structure of each brain area. For the convenience with the research, this paper prepares integrity continual brain tissue slice, and obtains the digitized brain atlas through the digital transformation. Simultaneously the paper establishes the corresponding three-dimensional coordinates, and marks the three dimensional coordinate to the brain atlas, and indicates the important nuclear group of the Gekko gecko on the brain atlas. Finally, this paper carries on the three dimensional digitized reconstruction to the Gekko gecko brain, and show the effect to us, by using the digitized data of a set of continual transverse cutting slice . At the same time, in view of the actual need, we proposes a new three dimensional reconstruction method.
