On the basis of the growth condition in Lamadian Oilfield, and combined with the result of fine research on reserve, the paper's emphases consist in the array mode of layer system and the order of polymerflooding, development state, pattern configuration, and so on. Achievements of the paper as following:The condition of following layer for polymerflooding in Lamadian Oilfield: Generally, the main layer should be channel sand with fluvial facies, and the returns-ratio of channel sand is more than 40%; their thickness are more than 1.0 meter; the permeability cutoff is 0.1μm2.After analyzing the limit thickness of the array mode of layer system and the result of numerical simulation, the reasonable net thickness value is about 8.0 meter, the permeability contrast should be less than 2.5. By Comparing the different array, the fit one as following: the first target of reuse is SIII4-10 layers, and the next one is SII layers, the coming adjustment will be base on the melioration of petroleum engineering and the degree of management.After the fine research of growth condition , depositional feature and development state, the current degree of reserve recovery has been reaching 33.0 percent, and the composite water cut is 94.0 percent. The style of remaining oil in plane mainly exists in the place where the flooding is imperfect, and they enrich on the top of the rhythm in ordinate. On the basis of research, the rational spacing between wells adopts 150 meter, the pattern configuration be also optimized, and the prediction values of main development indexes were given.
