Currently, traditional spatial data model with the inherent limitations can not fully satisfy the scope of the global multi-resolution massive data dynamic management requirements. To a global scale effective storage, retrieval and analysis of massive continuously updated information solve traditional limitations of the data model, enhance data interoperability, on the need to re-build geospatial information data organization models. Based on extensive geospatial information for the organization and management background, paper discuss the integration of theory and method based on virtual earth techonology. Research based on data from the organization of multi-resolution, multi-scale data storage solutions for a series of theoretical and technical issues, Virtual Earth focus on the technical framework, spherical tile pyramid model, with tiled OGC WMS services integration, and geospatial services portal integration aspects of a more systematic analysis and experimentation, and come to some conclusions. The main contents are:This paper aims at database security which is a hot topic of information security at present. The database is the most important part of information system and it play an important role. But, the shortage of database brings threatens to the system. These include:1. Investigation of the world's leading opensource of GIS software and geospatial large datasets, and the success of the project will be applied to the use and practice.2. The Virtual Earth technology architecture and core technology, in reference to opensource and geospatial information technology and algorithms on the basis of the study, author of the research and development of a mature Virtual Earth Platform Architecture, of which the key technology is a more detailed exposition.3. The design and implementation of planar tile pyramid tile topological model, but this model was extended to the global level, and to achieve a global scale suitable for remote sensing images and terrain data expression of spherical tile pyramid model. The model of effective integrated linear quadtree Index and the pyramid model advantage.
