Applied Research In Hailaer Oil Field With Production Logging

Hailaer oil field is a new one with low permeability and block faults. Throats are so easily blocked up for clay in rocks that the permeability decreases and the output is affected. The problem can be mostly worked out by inputting clay inhibitor into formations.Production well loggings, such as well logging of output profile, well logging of injection profile with five parameters, engineering well logging, were gained research in Hailaer oil field in this paper. The characters of injection profile and output profile were supplied. The reason of high water cut and low productivity in wells was analysed. The link among well array, the response, and the reason and precaution of casing failure were gained respectively.Firstly, liquid producing capacity and water content were measured by production well log. The priority pay zone, the link among well array and the response were gained. The characters of displacement in flooding were analysed in some blocks.Secondly, with well logging of injection profile with five parameters, layering water absorptions in formations were measured. The state of water absorption, the results of water flooding, and the leakage in air casing and bypass channel were also analysed.Thirdly, the quality of cement bond in well cementation was evaluated with acoustic amplitude log and acoustic variable density log. The results show that sections with below grade are more than 30 percent of 20 percent of wells in the block. The style and the section of casing failure were gained for seven wells in Bei 301 block with caliper log. The azimuth and the condition of casing failure were measured with bearing caliper log. The good effects were gained in four wells. The style and the azimuth of the fluid, the location of casing leak and bypass channel were measured in the well.Finally, the experience was supplied for oil field development by the applied research in Hailaer oil field with production well logging above.
