The research on hub and spoke system of logistics began in Europe from the 80s of 20th Century, and it became mature at the end of 90s. Hub and spoke system of logistics space research area network optimization is at the top of overseas scholars' research. With the advantages of economy of scale and variety economy, hub and spoke system of logistics not only can increase the competition of enterprises and market share, but also can meet the various requirements of users.According to the goal "boost the marketization process, quicken the development, make larger and stronger" set by CRE, implementation of the regional operators,collaborative links,customer segmentation,Network unified strategy. This article focuses on the purpose of accelerating the development of GRE, it first takes a view on the characteristic of modern logistics and its developing trend, then analyses the network actuality of domestic and overseas logistic enterprises, meanwhile uses qualitative and quantitative technology to do modeling analysis on CRE logistic network.The paper expatiates on the theory of modern logistic and the network planning of logistics. Using the theory of hub and spoke logistic system of logistic network planning, and the method of combination forecast and Flody the shortest path algorithm, the paper has designed the integrity model of logistic network planning .Finally based on the practice situation of network of CRE and the competitor all over the world, the paper makes out the hub and spoke logistics network model of CRE , estimates the plan of level-1 logistic center of CRE, and put forward the solution of hub and spoke logistics network in national range and regional range, provides the planning theoretic and luantitative analysis method for the company's logistics network panning.
