A "3S" Techniques Based Study On Land Comprehensive Capacity

The land resource is the economy carrier and the social activity carrier in an area,is an integral part of the national comprehensive national strength. And with the increasing conflict between land resource supply and its requirement, the research of land resource carrying capacity has became an important problem in the field of land resource science,as well as the measure of the sustainable use of land resources,So the land resource carrying capacity to measure the size of a country's or region's overall development have an important bearing on the scale of development.The article takes Guizhou Province as an example,and appraise the space difference of the land resources carrying capacity.First,according to Guizhou Province's nature,social,the economical development condition,has selected some targets to constitute land resources carrying capacity appraisal target system,then used a relative subordination function to carry on standardized processing to the appraisal target. And the partial target data has gained taking"3S"techniques as the total technical backgroud,taking RS digital image processing as the major technique support,taking the CBERS and TM as the RS data sources,using specialized RS image processing software and GIS software:ArcGIS and ARCview.Secondly,taking the land resources system as the object has established the appraisal model of the land resources carrying capacity in Guizhou Province,and confirmed weighting based on the Analytic Hierarchy process and information entropy,and carried on the analysis of the various administrations of Guizhou Province,according to 2005 data.According to the results,has divided the Guizhou Pronce into the three parts and each of the type carried out the analysis and evaluation of the reasons.Finally,according to the evaluation and analysis and with its actual situation,proposed five measures to prove its land resources carrying capacity for the policy-make.
