The Method Research On Our Country Natural Museum To Digitize Biological Specimen

Biological specimen, as the important technical document for researching and protecting of biological resources, is the commence for human being's perceiving about the world's species and their ecological environment. Museum, whose basic work is to collect , collate, study and identify centering on biological specimen, is the main collections of biological specimen. On the basis of this, information of specimen obtained can be used for education, scientific research, tourism and resource development. Museum services also could achieve in the overall goal of social development.Society is developing, so are our human beings. Nowadays, reserving of biological specimen over original form no longer satisfy people's higher requirements for the quantity and pace on acquiring knowledge and information resources. Digitization of specimen will promote the process of digital museum, at the same time content the demand of ever-developing society.In Modern society, with the rapid development of high technology such as digital technology, network etc, process of museum's digitization has accelerated sharply. The digital construction of domestic Natural History Museum starts comparatively later than abroad, but develops rapidly. Under the support of the sharing resource platform of"Collecting Biological Specimen In the Nature Reserve, Coordinating and Conformity the sharing Pilot"which belong to the National Natural Science and Technology Department, Northeast Normal University's Natural Museum assumes the research of"Coordinating-Conformity and Digital Performance of the Biological Samples in Jilin Province". The dissertation depicted the digitization-process of natural biological samples over basis of the summary about digital samples and development of samples'database. Meanwhile, the article discussed the technology, methods and processes of the biological specimen in our country. Attempting to develop the digital standards and theoretical basis for the biological specimen in our domestic Natural Protecting Area and create new areas for specimen's collection and management.
