Turbulance is a difficult problem in physics in the last hundred years, the experts and scholars have been in unremitting research up to now. It is properties of chaotic, intermittent are the main directions for investigating. Intermittency is one of the core contents in the modern turbulence theory, is in fact an essential character to turbulence. It is impossible to understand the essence of the above properties completely in these days, but through many researcher's long-term endeavor, people have some preliminary understanding and elementary knowledge to these questions. In Chapter one , we introduce the background and the practical meaning of turbulence. In Chapter two , we introduce the GOY model knowledge which we have used in our paper . We also introduce the numerical implementtation which is slaved Admas-Bashforth-schems. In Chapter three, the first section we study the track situation of quasi-periodic solution in phase space , separately studied fifth, sixth, seventh shells; the second section we take seventh and the tenth shell for example to analyz the relation of the phase space track and the energy; the third section we study the relationship of the phase angle and the viscosity coefficient, as well as with median energy relations. In Chapter four, first we investigate the change situation of each shell energy with the the viscosity coefficient, the analysis has obtained the same and the diversity in different shells, we also further studied each shell's energy relations in the inertia area, in the following ,we study the azimuth angles relation of the sixth, seventh two shells. In Chapter five, we investigate the connection of the energy and the shell in the full development part, the quasi-periodic solution part, the stable solution part and the transition part. The last Chaper is our conclusion.
