In the current information society, the application of magnetic recording is very wide and important. With the progress of society and the continuous increase of the information, we need to expand the information of the magnetic recording and its density. Since the magnetoresistance effect plays the important part in the application of the hard disk drive heads and magnetic random access memorys, so the magnetoresistance has become the focus of intense research activity. Following the discovery of Giant magnetoresistance(GMR), Colossal Magnetoresistance(CMR) and Tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR), the Ballistic magnetoresistance(BMR) was also found. Because of the great value of the BMR, it wins the people's widespread concern and research. But it is difficult to research because of the poor reproducibility and stability, so the improvement of the poor reproducibility and stability of these samples in the recent research is our focus. Many researchers focus on the preparation of the sample to improve it. In this article, by the experimental research we got the technology condition to fabricate the sample and we can absolutely improve its reproducibility and stability. In order to understand the mechanisms, we also did various aspects of the test.
