Preliminary Studies On Trichogrammatidae And Mymaridae From Hebei, Shandong, He'nan Provinces (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea)

This paper is based upon the examination of 500 slide-mounted specimens mainly collected by sweeping from Hebei,Shandong and He'nan Provinces,China.17 genera of Trichogrammatidae and 19 genera of Mymaridae are recognized and illustrated.The paper comprises 2 parts:General account and Taxonomic part.In general part,the taxonomic history,morphology,biology,host records and the utilization for biological concrol,the general geographical features of the 3 provinces etc.are briefly reviewed.In the second part,the 17 genera of Trichogrammatidae and 19 general of Mymaridae from the 3 provinces are keyed and a diagnosis for each is given.In each genus the following information is given:1)generic synonymy;2)geographic distribution;3)diagnosis;4)the historical view and the present species;5)hosts;6)species known from China.A list of the genera recognized in this paper is as follow.ⅠTrichogrammatidae:Aphelinoidea Girault,Chaetostricha Walker,Densufens Lin, Epoligosita Girault,Eteroligosita Viggiani,Haeckeliania Girault,Ittys Girault,Lathromeris Foerster,Lathromeroidea Girault,Megaphragma Timberlake,Mirufens Girault,Oligosita Walker,Paracentrobia Howard,Pseudoligosita Giraul,Soikiella Nowick,Trichogramma Westwood,Ufens Girault。ⅡMymaridae:Acmopolynema Ogloblin,Alaptus Westwood,Anagrus Haliday,Anaphes Haliday,Anagroidea Girault,Arescon Walker,Camptoptera Foerster,Dicopomorpha Ogloblin,Erythmelus Enock,Gonatocerus Nees,Himopolynema Taguchi,Litus Haliday, Mymar Curtis,Ooctonus Haliday,Palaeoneura WaterhousePolynema Haliday,Stethynium Enock,Stephanodes Enock,Stephanocampta Mathot。...
