Structure dynamic design is a kind of developing technique, which is abundant in content, referred to many subjects such as method and technology of modern dynamic analysis, computer-technique, theory of structure dynamic design of product, design-method and so on.This thesis mostly design and analyse four typical clamps for vibration tests based on dynamic theory foundation, the results of mode- analysis of four kinds of typical clamps for vibration tests indicate: ratio of stiffness affect the frequency of the structure. With smartsize 6 and sweep which are mesh plot-method in ANSYS, the thesis compares with the values of ten modes of the L-clamp, studies the the results of the mode-analysis which are made by different softwares. With the combinations of L-clamp (T-clamp) and cabinet as a research object, this thesis also putts forward some method how to connect the clamp and the cabinet, after dealing with the load of the circumstance with unitary mechod, the thesis makes transient-analyses; after inflicting environment-load in the constraints, makes response-analysis on the two structures. Transient- analysis and spectrum-analysis indicate: two method of analysis have a little difference in the responses of the structures, but both are effective measure in dynamic analysis.This thesis focuses on analysis of sensitivity and optimized designing with the parameters of material and scales. The results of analysis of sensitivity indicate: reasonable choosing material is necessary before designing and producing. After the analysis of sensitivity, optimized designing is made for L-clamp which based on ANSYS. Then the parameters of the finite mode are modified. The calculative results of the mode which have being modified indicate: optimized designing improves the dynamic traits of the structure, reduces the quality. Sampling is made with APDL in ANSYS for experimentation, this thesis also brings forward one way of dealing with the samples in order to gain the unitary samples; meanwhile, sets up BP (Back Propagation) neural network model, which is matting for optimized designing deeply.In what follows, the thesis conducts a research on the development of a management system of clamps for vibration test. The system is based on Visual Basic 6.0, designs different interfaces of the management system, With Access 2003 database as user data storage. The system realizes query, landing system of different user powers, modification of user password and other functions of the four typical kinds of clamps for vibration test. With Visual Basic, the system is also able to package finite element model established by the parameterized APDL language in ANSYS. Besides, the paper studies the data transmission between VB and ANSYS. In the VB interface, the function of calculation of four typical kinds of clamps by employing ANSYS is worked out.
