Air-raid shelter, the Han-tube, animal cave, lush pit, empty area of coal mine, dissolved rock cave etc. This underground cave which's physical- mechanic property different from the around medium have already become tougher geology disease have very important meaning to the engineering quality and the safety. In the actual industry engineering also urgently need more economic exploring methods to check and seek this geology disease. To fit this engineering request one of the exploring methods is The Rayleigh Wave need to strengthen. In American Kansas university's laboratory simulating, the professor Xia Jianghai detected that Rayleigh Wave meeting the underground part-heterogeneous geology body will disperse. This disquisition used this characteristic as research guide, to simulate the Rayleigh Wave field characteristics through finite element method of numerical simulation. Shaking with different main frequency epicenter, this text established some models with dissimilar depth and size, and tallied up some regulations and results about the kinetics and dynamics characteristic of the Rayleigh Wave. These regulations and results include:1. Through imitating the kinetic characteristic of Rayleigh Wave, can use the geology information carried from the earthquake record to check and seek the underground part-heterogeneous geology body. Change different main frequency epicenter and establish some models with dissimilar depth and size to tally up the apply scope of this method.2. Through imitating the dynamic characteristic of Rayleigh Wave, verified the existence of breaking point in the frequency dispersion curve relate to empty cave. Using the frequency dispersion curve, anti-play to get empty position, quantitative analyzing the imitating method is possibility.
