Random service system (queueing system),originated from the research of the telephone communication using the mathematic theory by Danish mathematician Erlang at the beginning of the 20th century. The theory of random service system has acquired enormous development in past years and become one of the most vigorous research fields in the applying probability and the random operations research. Not only does it have a comparatively complete theoretical system,but also has extensive application in such each field as military economy,production,management,traffic, etc. Random service system, including the forms such as M/M/1,M/G/1,has been made deep research by many experts whose majors are the applying probability and the random operations and got many perfect results. But the problem about queueing system is becoming more difficult , it costs much , searching the real system ,sometimes,it is impossible. We can not cope with this using trational method. Computer simulation is a good idea to cope with it.In this paper,a type of queueing system model of limited system capacity is discussed. Because of limited system capacity,the length is less than some value,customers will leave. In the first chapter,it is introduced,basic knowledge of queueing theory; in chapter two,we introduce the computer simulation; Six simulation models are built in the chapter three; Finally,simulation results are also presented.
