Geologic Application Of The Pyrrolic Nitrogen Compounds And Oil Inclusions

This paper have studied oil migration using pyrrolic nitrogen compounds in Shengtuo oilfield and Liang Jialou oilfield of Dongying depression on the research of petroleum careful classification, oil-source correlation and oil inclusions. The migration parameters indicating oil migration direction and pathway effectively, for example absolute quantity of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds,2,4-/2,5-DMCA,Benzocarbazole [a]/[c], were researched and selected.Based on geological and geochemical study,hydrocarbon migration and accumulation history of Shengtuo oilfield are studied on the research of nitrogen compounds and oil inclusions.Hydrocarbons that have been generated from the source rocks in the lower 3rd member of Shahejie Fm in Lijin sag may migrate upward along Tuo 94 fault and are accumulated in the eastern part of Tuo-1 block.The 8th sandstone units in Tuo 2and 3 blocks have experienced two oil and gas charging stages from the source rocks in the upper 4th member of Shahejie Fm.The early reservoiring occurs at the end of deposition of Dongying Fm,and the oil and gas have accumulated mainly in the sandstone reservoirs below the 8th sandstone unit (including the 8th sandstone unit itself)in the upper 3rd member of Shahejie Fm.The late reservoiring occurs during the deposition of Minghuazhen Fm,and the oil and gas have accumulated mainly in the sandstone reservoirs above the 8th sandstone unit (including the 8th sandstone unit itself)in the 2nd member of Shahejie Fm and Dongying Fm.The early migration has been charged from Shengbei fault,which the late migration has been charged from the northern part of the S-N trending fault.Based on geological and geochemical study,hydrocarbon migration and accumulation history of Liang jialou oilfield are studied on the research of nitrogen compounds and oil inclusions.the results suggest that hydrocarbons generated from the source rocks in the upper 4th member of Shahejie Fm have filled the Liang-nan and the easten part of the Liang-zhong forming the east oil group separately from the easten and southern injecting point at the earlier Minghuazhen Fm. Hydrocarbons that have been generated from the source rocks in the lower 3rd member of Shahejie Fm may migrate and are accumulated in the Liang-nan and westen part of Liang-zhong forming the west oil group at later stage of Minghuazhen Fm. the two oil groups are intersected at the Liang-zhong.
