Man-made island of Hai Yang plans to be constructed off sandy shore. Shoreline of sandy shore is relatively flat and straight. One of its characteristic exhibitions is largely dynamic diversification. Construction of man-made island off shore will change water power and movement of sand and mud in shore that destroy the dynamic balance of sandy shore. At the same time sand and mud will have new transferring approach and trend. From direction of engineering suitability and shore protection, shore change caused by man-made island and stabilization and quality of ten thousand of sand beach related to it become a question which needs to be considered in engineering construction.Method of numerical simulation is used in the text. It simulates change of tide field, distributing status of suspended mud and sand and erodent and alluvial change circus of external sea area in condition of all direction of typical wind when all kinds of man-made islands are built. According to above, possible influences of man-made island on sandy shore are analyzed and suitable layout precepts of man-made island are recommended.After man-made island is finished, its influence on surrounding tidal current represents differently with its different location and structure design. Separating stream action on water stream occurs in two sides of E and N in precept one and in two sides of S and N in precept two. In precept two because of existence of crack between eastern and western man-made islands, there is characteristic of rapid stream.After actions of SE, S, SW and E directions of typical big wind, distributing regulation of suspended sediment concentration in area of man-made island are: In precept one there is a high suspended sediment concentration area in N side of man-made island; In precept two E and W sides of man-made island are area of suspended sediment concentration which changes relatively big.According to erosion and deposit simulation results in conditions of different precepts and different wind circuses, we can make out: In precept one, except action of E direction of wind, E and W sides of man-made island have universal erosion, and because of relatively near from Hai Yang harbor gully comes into being in N side of man-made island. In precept two, E and W sides of man-made island have universal erosion. In precept one, there is generally accumulation of mud behind island which is possible to develop into tombolo. In percept two because of characteristic of structure design of man-made island, N side of island will always in erosion state and it will not become tombolo. In percept one all directions of shore behind island except E direction of wind action have universal erosion. In percept two NE side of man-made island of shore can basically maintain no erosion.Getting across above analysis and research, the text thinks influence of construction of man-made island on sandy shore in percept two is less than it in percept one. For questions such as maintaining stabilization and quality of ten thousand of sand beach and shore protection, percept two is a relatively suitable percept. So conclusion is made sure: From ways of reasonable design and layout of man-made island it is a relatively feasible method to reduce breakage of its construction to original shore environment balance.
