The area and the extent of the rock rupture can be conformed by monitoring the background seism signal, and then the underground danger zone can be indicated and get a convincing evidence of the underground safe monitoring. Now, there is no advanced microseism monitoring system at home. Some monitoring systems are designed based on DSP or SCM, but it is hard to get to the high data acquiring frequency or finish advanced algorithm because of their limited resource. So the paper presents and designs a microseism monitoring system based on LabVIEW.In light of the ingredient and trait of the microseism signal, wavelet transform theory and signal Multi-resolution Analysis is presented.The paper introduces the application of the wavelet in signal processing and de-noising, and brings forward the detailed steps and realization approach of the wavelet de-noising.The de-noising simulation and data processing of the given signal is carried out. The paper analyzes the difficulty of the realization of the wavelet algorithm and gives the corresponding solving approach and realization measure.In order to get enough underground data, the paper designs 96 input channels including amplifier circuit, filter circuit and PCI data acquiring card DAQ-2208. Meanwhile, the paper introduces LabVIEW platform, analyzes the trait of virtual instrument, designs each module of the mornitoring system, finishes the exploiting of the module of data acquiring, data saving and reading, signal processing, and realizes the algorithm of wavelet de-noising and signal reaching pickup. Integration of all the modules is completed; optimization of the signal reaching pickup and measure of the auto best de-noising getparms is presented and realized. The rearch and design results are validated after data processing and analysis to the given signal on this platform.The system based on virtual instrument completes the functions of the controlling of data acquiring, filter processing and data recording, the software of the system has a good expansibility, and it offers an excellent platform for system design and improving.
