The economy of fast development and population growth have bring one series problems in china,for example,water requirement greatly increased,water waste severed,development utilization improper etc.Especially on north mine area,have bring more pressure on the water resources.Now energy exploitation of mining area and water resources deficient's contradiction has seriously restricted mining development and the national economic general development.How to scientific planning to utilize the groundwater resources reasonablely,we should found a balanced society coordinating the relationship between man and nature to achieve the sustainable development,which is our important task.The irons of Hangdan and Xingtai areas are the main irons of He bei province,iron ore resources is very rich.But the groundwater of mine area belongs to the karst water system and occupy the north ming river strong runoff belt,below the groundwater level.with the iron exploitated,the drainage increased,it has caused sping dtyout and the groundwater level has greaty decreased in great scope.Meanwhile as the water drainage of mines leads to groundwater level decreased,it causes the original ground water supply insufficient and has significantly effected the sustainable development of area,especially the city of Xingtai.Taking the example of the Handan and Xingtai area mine,on the basis of analysis of mining area groundwater dynamic,combining mathmatics techniques andcomputer techniques,establish two dimensional model on the basis of processing MODFLOW,and seek how to reasonable utilize groundwater on the limited of groundwater,realize the mining area sustainable development,the main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This paper reviews the current studying on the discharge of mines and the water resource optimization management present situation at home and abroad,according to the existing problem in mining area,put forward the main content.(2)Based on analysis of Handan and Xingtai iron ores'groundwater of complement,diameter and discharge's characteristics and the aquifer spatial distribution features,establish numerical model to predict the wangyao iron discharge of mines on the different hydrology years and draine exploitation's effect of downstream water source ground.Results show that the groundwater environment will be severly damaged.(3)on the this foundation,according to the optimization theory and operations research principle,we establish the mining area discharge and supply management model. According to the results,we utilize the vague layer analysis method to establish the management model of the water resources'allocation.
