At present, the water-injection development is still the main method of oil field. Recovery ratio of oil field is flood conformance multiply Flooding efficiency. For specific fields or reservoir, the OOIP is a fixed value, in order to maximize the finally production, it is necessary to maximize the reservoir macroscopic sweep efficiency and microscopic oil displacement efficiency. All along, oil displacement efficiency are concerned by the people, it is key parameters to determine the flood situation, the evaluation results of oil field development, the ultimate recovery of oil field, the level of oil displacement efficiency has a direct impact on the level of oil recovery. Therefore, the study of the injection in the process of developing oil displacement efficiency and its impact on the guidance oilfield development is of great significance.Factors of Oil field flooding are many category, different reservoir properties and fluid properties have different effects. This article research from mechanism of the water drive oil displacement, on the basis of a extensive research on the history and current situation at home and abroad,in-depth study of the factors affecting the efficiency of oil displacement of the basic theory, qualitative description for the oil displacement efficiency factors. In this foundation, This paper object to main force oil layer of Lamadian oil field reservoir, through the process of the core to inquire in the water drive Inquiring about the flushing efficiency and the irrigation multiple, the oil layer wettability, the oil layer anisotropic reciprocity, and it has carried on the confirmation using the value simulation. Laboratory results showed that: When the water reaches a certain value multiples (10PV), the rate of increase the efficiency of oil displacement little penetration of the little effect on the efficiency of oil displacement.
