On basis of a vast amount of cores observation and statistic study on outcrop fractures, we have made a detailed study on natural fracture features of Fuyang formation of Daqing placanticline eastward according to development performance. In the course of study, various method and data were used to analytic study, such as paleo-geomagnetism orientation and diplog. the results show that Fuyang formation developed fractures in varied direction and fractures in east-west direction take the first place. In initial time of development, diversion capacity of macro-fractures in east-west direction are the strongest, they are the most effective fracture sets. Micro-fracture are poor developed and serious packed in generally, there are no obvious effect on oilfield development. Intraformational fractures are general developed in Fuyang formation, this phenomenon bring to many problems such as water absorb capacity of sandstone increase, secondary formation have strong water absorb ability, oil-production decline and so on .As a study result, fracture effection will be changed accompany with variations of stress field, water flooding in varied direction will be arisen. So the target of pressure limit control is for control the opening of fracture sets in varied direction.MVE fracture prediction technique is introduced to enhance precision of prediction .By use of seismic accurate interpretation to Fuyang formation, We use MVE to analyse strain curvature, to predict the fracture distributions orientation and gating of fracture,and to analyse the fracture model connectivity and open, based on the structure elucidation results.The results show that the fractures which orientations are NEE are mostly developed in this area ,have great density and open well.The predicted results are in good agreement with fracture test and develop-ment performance.The finding has great important to the development evaluation in Fuyang fractured reservoir.
