Precise time and frequency signal processing technology plays an important part inthe navigation and positioning system. The paper is to meet the need of development ofnavigation and positioning system, which is brought forward by a research institute, toconduct an in-depth research about high precision of time and frequency signalprocessing technologyin the navigation and positioning system.A high precision positioning technology which is used in regional navigation isintroduced in the beginning of the paper. Based on the theoretical, Mathematicalexpressions are also introduced. At the same time, the paper analyzes all kinds of errorssource in positioning from the generation mechanism, and gives the revision model tothe errors above, which is based on the development of the positioning technology athome and abroad. And then, the generation mechanism of time which is in thenavigation is introduced based on the second generation satellite navigation system. Thepaper analyzes the characteristic of the dual-frequency signal, and designs anexperiment to verify the feasibility of the theory. In the end, precise measurement oftime-space relationship which is used in high precision positioning technology isintroduced. In this part, the paper mainly gives the research about the measurementmethod of time-space relationship and ultra-high resolution measurement of the phase.The theory and experiment results are listed about the two. Besides, the paper analyzesthe factors of the impact of accuracy, and gives the solutions.
