At present, diagenetic processes study is one of the most important fact for reservoir characteristics investigation and the exploitation project of oil and gas filed, the significance of which has been affirmed by experts and scholars. In order to provide some helpful suggestions for more effective exploration and development, diagenetic processes study was carried on in the member1 of FuNing Formation and TaiZhou Formation of QinTong Depression, SuBei Basin. Based on the structure and sediment characteristics of the two formations, applied some analysis methods such as rock slice analysis, casting slice analysis, fluorescence slice analysis, integral granularity analysis, SEM, hydrargyrum curve analysis, X-diffraction of clay mineral, illite crystallinity, Tmax, vitrinite reflectance, pollen-color and thermal alteration index, to investigate the lithology character, pore structure, diagenetic processes types, diagenetic sequence and the partition of diagenetic phases. Both the composition maturation and the structure maturation of the two formations are quite high. The compounding styles of pore structure, compounded by medium size pore with medium size throat, medium size pore with thin size throat and small pore with thin throat in member1 of FuNing formation, otherwise, in TaiZhou formation, besides the styles of member1 of FuNing formation, there's some big pore with thick throat. The diagenesis of the two formations includes compression, pressure solution, cementation, dissolution, fracturing and infilling-cementation. Diagenetic phase of the two formations are both evolve into mid-diagenesis "A2". Combined the results of diagenetic processes with other studies such as drilling, mud logging, pore development and sedimentary facies, to divide the diagenetic facies of the two formations, includes compaction facies, cementation facies and filling facies.
