Gravitational wave is significant prediction of Einstein's general theory of relativity. Before long the general theory of relativity has been brought forward, Einstein solves the equation in the condition of approximation of weak field and finds that it had the wave solution. It is very significant to research gravitational wave, because it can get the breakthrough in theoretical physics and modern cosmology (especially in early cosmology when it happened before the decoupling of photons).The establishing of modern cosmology can retrospect to beginning of last century, before long general theory of relativity put forward, it was put application in the research of cosmography, and connecting with the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation, which establish the theoretical frame of cosmology, namely the so-called cosmic model of Big Bang. Whereas the Einstein's general theory of relativity provide the effective instrument for the evolution of universe, so the theory of inflation was put forward which deem in the early time, the universe had go through a period of sharp inflation that was called as inflation phase. This phase become the source of the structure of subsequent universe. Also the relic gravitational wave was generated by this inflation phase.The CMB also is the topic in the research of cosmology all along and obtain momentous achievement especial in anisotropy of temperature and polarization. At present, the all kinds of effects and influence caused by CMB have been studied by many references. The free rudimental photons in radiation phase decoupled and become the so-called cosmic microwave background. If there is no perturbation, the CMB should be isotropy, but according to the theory of inflation, there are so many perturbation in earlier era of universe, so the CMB should be anisotropy. This paper will combine the predecessor's study in relic gravitational wave and CMB and emphatic discuss the influence of relic gravitational wave for E-mode polarization, B-mode polarization and anisotropy of temperature. Also according to the power spectrum of relic gravitational wave, it calculate the correlation function of E-mode polarization, B-mode polarization and anisotropy of temperature indued by relic gravitational wave.
