With the impact of global climate change and human being activities, the process of basin waer cycle has changed dramatically; It is facing problems of area shrinkage, integrated service functional degradation of wetland with hydrological, ecological and environmental function. It is necessary to deeply wetland eco-hydrological process by water safety and eclogical safety in order to promote basin sustainable developing to conserve and restore wetland rationally. This dissertation unfolds the following research work regarding the above issue.First fo all, research is taken Nenjiang River Basin in N.E.China as an example, which is on the basis of distributive hydrological model(WEP) and GIS technology, combine with hydrological process in the DSSAT model and eclogical model. The platform of analysis and simulation of eco-hydrological is established preliminarily。Secondly,on this basis, the research analyses mechanism of basin water cycle evolution coupling with wetland ecological evolution. Through history simulating and scenario analysis, the research analyse evolutionary regularities of wetland water cycle factors in the Nenjiang River Basin.Under inpact extent of global climate changing, underlying surface factor and the impact of increasing artificial water usage,to wetland water cycle evolution. At the same time, through this study, conclusions are drawn as follows:it is a regulation for wetland evolution to basin water cycle, and impact of different areas of wetland and process of ecological evolution to the changing process of basin water cycle. Finally,on the basis of bring to light interacting machanisms each other,of basin eco-hydrological,this paper would put forward to eco-hydrological regulations,it can provide science theory supporting for wetland entironment protection, rebuilding and sustainable using of resources in the Songnen plain.
