Global Change Science plays a significant role in studying and understanding the mechanism and evolution of Earth system on which human beings live. In recent decades, human activities have changed the Earth's environment. The green house effect, global warming, hole of ozonosphere, changes of land use and land cover, drain of water resources have made us aware the limited potency that the environment could suffer before collapse. At the same time, researches are concentrated on the evolution of the global environmental change, because knowing the past and mechanism of the environmental can help us predicting the future.The climate's distinct characteristic in Xinjiang is the water scarcity, the drought and the sandstorm. The Lop Nur region is the core of arid climate and the accumulative center of water salt. Also, it is the most arid area in Asia.Therefore, the study on the recent environment in Lop Nur region is quite important for the environment change.The paper attempts to reflect the environment change in Lop Nur region by means of measuring the quantity of the Ca2+, K+, Na+,Mg2+ in the layer of the fallen leaves in the deposition sedimentary veins of Tamarix cone, in order to improve the way to study the environment change by studying the deposition sedimentary veins of Tamarix cone.The quantity of Ca2+, K+, Na+,Mg2+ in the samples is decided using the atomic absorption dispersion of light luminosity instrument after gathering and analyzing the layer of the Tamarix fallen leaves in experiments. Also, we comparatively make a contrastive analysis of the change of the positive ion in the fallen leaves year by year, the change in climate, the size of the lake and also the underground water.â‘ The result indicates that the change of the positive ions in the fallen leaves year by year of the Tamarix cone is in relation with the above other factors.â‘¡The contrastive analysis of the climate obtains shows that it can only reflect the change in the temperature but not the obvious change in the rainfall. The contrastive analysis of the change in the area of lake shows the inverse correlation change with the change in area .The contrastive analysis of the change in the underground water reflect the change in the water quantity and its water level when the quantity of the positive ions rises, the water level falls. In addition, when the quantity of the positive ions falls, the water level rises. Therefore, it is feasible to do research on the recent environment change in Lop Nur region by studying the quantity of Ca2+, K+, Na+,Mg2+ in the layers of the fallen leaves in the deposition sedimentary veins of Tamarix cone.The creativity lies in the environment change in Lop Nur region is dealed with using related analytic method after the analysis of the quantity of Ca2+, K+, Na+,Mg2+ in the layers of the fallen leaves in the deposition sedimentary veins of Tamarix cone, and contrasting the result of the analysis with the changes in the area of the lake and the level of the underground. The first result indicates that the sedimentary veins of Tamarix cone in Lop Nur region can reveal more environmental information.
