Design And Implementation Of Seismic Sufer Wave Geographical Information System Based On J2EE

China is one of the countries who have more earthquakes and seismic disasters. '5.12' Wenchuan earthquake happened along Longmenshan fault cross-fault displacement of North-South Seismic Belt,Strong seismic activity is controlled by the surroundings and geo-structure inside.The study of seismism and geo-structure is builded upon the collection and processing of seismic data,especially,the management of these data is also important.The database system for surface wave tomography is a internet application for managing geophysical by database and visualization technology.Comparing to the same fields of other countries,our country for this kind of managing software have hung behind.Basing on the fruit of all studies and the foreign new methods,we expect to see great progress in surface wave tomography.In this thesis,we select more than ten thousand seismic records in the range of 40°W～180°E,40°S～80°N from 1982 to 2008 in the 113 digital seismic stations of Eurasia and the West Pacific.These seismic records include five parts:initial records, CMT,mixed dispersion inversion,group velocity inversion,S wave velocity inversion. Because data type is complex and data form is various,we design a mighty and friendly interface for users and achieve the storage and operation for large data,taking SQL Server 2000 as the background database and taking good use of the interface technology of J2EE.Besides,from the point of database managing,we design for data security,data recovering and backup for the steady running of the system.The signification for this system is to improve the efficiency of geophysical data analysis and processing.This database system is helpful for probing into the deep earth,the form and evolvement of lithosphere/asthenosphere,the form and evolvement and the relation of surface structure and deep structure of Eurasia.
