The problem of information transmission and congestion is an important research field of complex networks. Recently, in order to improve the efficiency of communication and enhance the tolerance to congestion in a traffic network, researchers have established a variety of communication strategies. However, many of these studies are based on the overall topology information of a network. When the scale of the network is too large, it's very hard to grasp the overall topology information.Considering this situation, we proposed a communication model with Local-Selecting Strategy. In this model, the source node of the packet selects the next target node with the topology information of its neighbor nodes for transporting, until the packet to reach the goal nodes. We studied the information transmission efficiency of BA network in this model. Study found that, with the average degree of the network increases, the efficiency of information transmission is increasing, while the speed is gradually reduced. At the same time, we studied the optimization parameters where the transmission efficiency is highest, and discussed the most capacity of load and the load distribution in BA network. The results, in the paper, will be greatly important to raise the transmission efficiency, to solve or even to avoid congestion, and to optimize the resource of networks. In particular, they are good references to find the more perfect communication strategy.
