As a device to filter and choose the spectrum,narrow-band filter has a broad application in laser technology, medical, satellite remote sensing as well as being the rapid development of optical communication technology. Making narrow-band filter is difficult, low-yield and high-cost. In this paper, the interference order of narrow-band filter is relatively low,it can greatly reduce the difficulty and cost of plating system.The main thesis of this paper is to study 1064nm narrow-band filter design, preparation and testing technology,request to choose 1064 nm of laser to pass,make the ultraviolet, visible and near infrared light cut-off. The key question of this research is half the width of the band, the center wavelength stability and thickness of the monitor.According to the material properties and the conditions for the application,choose right materials to design film system. Adopt light-control extrumum method to monitor thickness in the course of preparation. Use ion-assisted deposition membrane system to improve the structure of the film and the firm. According to the film condition to become the influence of the film quantity, get an end craft parameter.
