At present,the global environment is being subjected to steroid compound the serious pollution,human health is facing a major threat to,Comamonas testosteroni for the steroid compound of the degradation of our steroid compound pollution provides a new way. 3α-HSD/CR from Comamonas testosteroni is a key enzyme involved in the degradation of steroids and xenobiotic.Comamonas testosteroni strains are able to use steroids(testo sterone,progesterone,bile acid) as sole carbon and energy sources.Complete assimilation of steroids is achieved through a complex pathway involving many enzymatic steps of oxidation responsible for the breakdown of the steroids nucleus.Comamonas testosteroni play a significant role in the bioremediation of these stablely hormonally active compounds in the environment.This article from Comamonas testosteroni gene sequence LysR gene has been cloned,LysR from 3α-HSD/CR gene expression to explore the impact point of view.This article from Comamonas testosteroni gene sequence LysR gene has been cloned, construct pET-15b-LysR and PKtacl-LysR and translate into the engineered strain of E.coli HB101 and amplificate,stability testing,successly translate into the engineered strain of E. coli BL21,expression induced by IPTG,detect the expression quantity of 3α-HSD/CR, found significantly increased,show that LysR have the promotion for the expression of 3α-HSD/CR.In order to further Comamonas testosteroni within 3α-HSD/CR study the expression of a new mechanism to provide the basis for.In order to better play the role of Comamonas testosteroni lay the foundation.
