environment, marine anaerobic bacteria can often produce differential secondary metabolites, which have huge potentiality in producting bioactive substances. Up to date, most of the known bioactive compounds have shown strain specificity of production, so the novel bioactive substances can be obtained by culturing the specific bioactive bacteria. Accordingly, isolation and identification of bioactive bacteria from marine anaerobic bacteria have become an important preliminary work for exploitation of novel drugs.A series of marine anaerobic bacteria were obtained from marine sediments, which were collected from the sea area around Changhai Town, paper disc agar diffusion method was used to test their antibacterial activities. The results indicated that 6 strains of them had the stronger bioactivities of inhibiting test bacteria. Systematic researchs had been done to these 6 strains. Through analysis of whole 16S rDNA sequence, morphplogical observation, and physiological and biochemical characteristics determination, these 6 strains were identified as follows: 1-1-1 and 1-3-1 belonged to photosynthetic bacteria; 1-6-2 belonged to Vibrio genus; 1-6-3, 3-2-1 and 3-2-3 belonged to Shewanella genus, respectively. The isolation of bioactive substances from microbes usually demands a large quantity of liquid cultures. Accordingly, the fermentation conditions of two strains of marine photosynthetic bacteria were optimized. The results indicated that the optimal culture conditions of 1-1-1 was at salinity of 2%, pH value of 7, incubation temperature of 30℃, culturing time of 10 d; The optimal culture conditions of 1-3-1 was: salinity-2%, the value of pH-7, culturing temperature-35℃, culturing time-10 days. The systematic identifications of 6 strains of marine anaerobic bacteria were performed, and the culture conditions of marine anaerobic photosynthetic bacteria were optimized through designing of orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment. All of these researchs contributed a lot for the isolation and extraction of bioactive compounds from marine anaerobic bacteria.Marine microbiological resources are a treasury of research and development in 21 century. And the investigation of active extracts from marine microbes has already become the research focus all over the world. Especially, marine anaerobic bacteria have become the research objects of resource of novel antimicrobal substances. Because of the special marine...
