It find out metallogenic background, prospecting marks, the rule of ore distribution, the character of ore, the relationship between ore-forming and tectonic in this article in the base on former information and field observation . It find out condition of geochemical anomaly of Dahalajunshan formation and analyze the relationship between Cu, Au ore and Dahalajunshan formation. It put forward prediction for ore-search and mineral resources prospective value of Cu, Au ore and outline the target of ore-search, which relate to Dahalajunshan formation, and outline the target of ore-search.Relationship between ore-forming and fault is closed. Cu, Au ore is located in Dahalajunshan formation, especially in the position where fault is developed. Cu, Au ore is mostly in F1 faulted zone which is E-W, in F3 faulted zone and F4 faulted zone which is N-E, in subsidiary fracture of those faulted zone. The position of cross fault which is different directional is a good position, where regional Cu, Au ore form. regional postvolcanic hydrothermal solution and magmatic hydrothermal solution migrate and rise from this position.Abnormity center of Cu, Au Abnormity region related with ore-forming is associated with Dahalajunshan formation, and develop fault. Intermediate-acidic volcanic formation of Dahalajunshan formation supply ore-forming mineral of endogenetic metallic ore and is the host rock.
