The forward problem which of gravity and magnetic anomalies caused by irregular bodies can be divided into three-dimensional and two-dimensional bodies in body shape; it also be divided into the space domain and frequency domain in calculating domain; and also be divided into the finite element method and boundary element method in numerical integral method. The forward problem can be divided into vertical cuboid element, the pillar element and the surface element again in the finite element. The forward problem studies have more in space domain than in frequency domain. The forward problem of vertical cuboid element in frequency domain was developed in this paper. In the frequency domain, the forward calculating method of gravity and magnetic anomalies and its arbitrary order derivatives was developed in this paper. Through a much theoretical model Experiments, a empirical formula about cut-off frequency and sampling interval was derived according to the size of the models. Aim at four kinds of measures net (flat regular net, flat irregular net, curved regular net, curved irregular net) designed to correspond numerical method. Adopted Fortran 90 standards to draw up to correspond of calculation procedure, and carried on model a test.
