Hailar Basin is one of the largest oil and gas basin of Songliao outlying basin, is also a typical mainly faulted sedimentary basins, basin faults special development, its unique structural style and tectonic evolution model in favor of oil and gas migration and accumulation. so that oil and gas basin is rich in resources. In this paper, the basis of previous studies on the use of drilling data, geophysical information, do a detailed analysis on the Hailar Basin structural styles and tectonic evolution model.The structural styles are complex within the basin, having various of extension fsult caused by extensional tectonic system,extensional faulted depression and broken convex combination controled by it. The basin also has transitional zone and advanced inversion structure distribution in transverse and longitudinal distribution. Divided fault style into dustpan like down faulting and double broken type fault.According to profile geometric morphology divided inversion structure into 4 types:single impact type inversion,transverse migration inversion,co-rotating double impact type inversion and reverse double impact type inversion.Hailar Basin tectonic transitional zone can be divided into two levels, a transitional zone can be divided into three types: co-rotating transfer type, reverse transfer type and away transfer type;typical secondary structure transitional zone including bayan tara structure zone, Sueren noll structure zone.Analysis of the Hailar Basin tectonic deformation process, application of balanced cross-section analysis, come to a complete history of basin structure development: faulted development period(T5-T04),①initial tensional fracture, inoculation faulted phase (Xing'anling Group, T5-T4)②fault strong tensile tension phase (T4-T3),③faulted rapid subsidence phase (Nantun, T3-T2-2),④fault stable tensile tension phase (Damoguaihe, T2-2-T2),⑤fault atrophy phase (Yimin Group, T2 -T04); depression development period (Late Cretaceous Tsing Yuen Kong Group - present).Through the above analysis, summed up the Hailar Basin tectonic belt type, divided into three types two-level structure transitional zone, the secondary structure belt can be divided into three typicals:nose structure zone, faulted structure belt fault terrace structure, commensalism type nasal appearance structure is the most favorable oil and gas zone. According to the plane distribution and evolution of features of the fault basin, divided fault evolution into two types and four patterns, analyzes the relationship between the tectonic evolution and oil and gas accumulation in Hailar Basin. Discovery of new favorable zone, provide technical support to explore oil reserves.
