The paper is from the underground to analyze the characteristics of the Tai105 block. It carried on the understanding to this sub-area underground characteristic and analysis to the initial period development characteristic. According to factors and so on reservoir characteristics, structure characteristic. It has carried on the elaboration to the advantages and disadvantages of the development programs and understanding to the present situation. In view of the aquifer wells, it can identify reasons for the increase in moisture content and features. After the extensive research, it is more effective to select the current profile of the chemical water shutoff technology to control water shutoff water profile as an important means of stabilizing the oil. We have carried out a detailed understanding of the mechanism of the technology, different types of agents and roles. And different results have been compared. Reverse transfer (Water) drive through the wash oil technology is high efficiency, low interfacial tension of the active agent with the oil reverse process of combining water shutoff. Profile can play a role of divert flow. It can make the active agent and the follow water effectively into the low-permeability strata, which can play a role with Chemical Flooding in enhanced oil recovery. It can both improve sweep efficiency and increase its oil displacement efficiency, a more comprehensive of Enhanced oil recovery mechanism, integrated oil production potential, an extension of its production cycle. The technology has a great significance on the rising water content of low-permeability oil field and it will play a positive role in enhanced oil recovery and oil recovery speed. We are use of the simulation test of parallel sand filling tube model to investigate thereverse combination of active agent profile and the possibility of flooding enhanced oil recovery. And then through the effect of enhancing oil recovery on the comparative study of injected active agent and reverse after the injection profile of surfactant, we can analyze the effects of active agent with the reverse profile (Water) a combination of the mechanism of oil displacement and have a effective management on the water layer through using of the profile control (Water) agents and surfactant flooding. And in the field part of wells selected for testing, have achieved some results, and give a feasible solution of governance of such wells.
