Research And Realization Of Cadastral Information Management System Based On ArcGIS

As the combinative product of geographic information system (GIS) and land management business affairs, cadastral management information system provides fast and effective information acquisition means and management method for the land management work. It has improved the efficiency and level of land management work by modern information technology, such as GIS and object-oriented database. On the basis of further studying related technology of cadastral management information system, the article analyses the demand that oriented to cadastral management and discusses the building methods and feasibility analysis of the system, researches into the key technical problems and solutions.The main research production is:1. The article firstly expatiates the cadastral management information system and related concepts, analyzes the content and characteristic of the cadastral management work systematically. Then, the plug-in GIS, WebGIS and spatial database technology are introduced and put emphasis on application of plug-in GIS secondary development based on ArcGIS Engine.And the design and realization method of the cadastral management information system based on ArcGIS are discussed detailedly combining with Large-scale relational database technology .2. Combining with the characteristic and requirement of cadastral management information system, the design scheme is put forword. Meanwhile, the solution of cadastral management information system based on ArcGIS is put forward, aiming at present existing problems in system construction.using ComGIS technology (ArcGIS Engine), spatial data engine technology (ArcSDE), relational database (SQL Server2005) and.NET programming language,the cadastral management information system based on ArcGIS is developed.
