Study And Application Of Seawall Reinforcement Grouting About The Cross-harbor Project In Shantou

Experimental study , heoretical analysis and application were used to do a detailed introduction to grouting project in the harbor, ShanTou. The main contents of this article include the following:1. Based on the Darcy's law and theory for spherical and columnar difusion model, the difusion formulas of Newton and Bingham fluid injected into sand gravel stratum was deduced and the algorithm for solving the formulas were proposed. By using the formulas the variation of necessary grouting pressure required the design along the depth of stratum can be calculated.2. From the practical point of view, feasibility and reliability of the seawall project using cement-water glass reinforcement grouting were analyzed. Based on grout test, grouting technology factors, such as the design of grouting hole, the grouting pressure, the length of grouting section, grouting material and ratio, the processing in special condition, the finish grouting standard and seal, the construction methods and its crafts flow were studied and analyzed. The theoretical value and actual value of construction were analyzed.3. A detailed introduction about the entire process of grouting in rock block was presented.The defects was analyzed and the corresponding methods of treatment and improving were made.4. Settlement results of the seawall were demonstrated and analyzed while the seawall consolidation grouting and pipe jacking process. The effect of grouting and seawall's settlement were also analyzed and evaluated. Results showed that the settlement was in a controllable range and the quality of grouting.was reliable.The results prove that the institute received grouting technology programs and observing deformation was completely fit the technical requirements of the project.
