With the rapid development of High-grade highways in the past few years, traffic mileage shows extremely high growth. The high-tide of construction must bring on highway maintenance and alteration, in the face of these new situation, our country still did not have survey and the improvement pattern. It requires us to solve this problem before the arrival of the high-tide. The key of the problem is how to do the fast, high-precision, high-density survey of road surface and Massive data processing.In view of this situation, we combine the road reconstruction project, and research on the fast, high-precision, high-density digitized survey of road reconstruction in order to improve on survey method, solve effectively the problem that instrument can not meet its standard precision in the survey of highways succeed in using high-precision RTK in elevation survey of road surface.In the following data processing, in the face of road surface reconstruction and data fitting, use standard data exchange format of CAD—DXF to solve data exchange. In the same time, we develop linear fitting program to fit line, use DIGIROAD and successive approximation approach to optimize fitting, create plane curve essential factor table.After determining line, we use linear fitting approach instead of traditional triangle modeling approach to fit vertical section of road surface. We adopt selective linear netting approach, calculate the distance between plate point and midline and the distance between plate point and transect direction line. Find out the elevation of both ends of plate line, draw up all the elevation of transect direction line of plate., gained transect consequently.The research results of project have filled the blank of improvement of road design, and promoted the production effectively, provided guarantee to High-grade highways. We have used these results in several old roads reconstruction, brought out good benefit.
